Leigh Academy Rainham Open Events for Admissions in September 2022

Due to an overwhelming demand for places on our open events, we have made changes to our Academy calendar to run 5 more day tours.

These will take place the week of October 11th and will go live for booking on our website on the morning of Tuesday 5 October.

As with all other events they will be limited to one adult per child to ensure as many children as possible are able to visit us.

Please be aware all of our 7 Open Events are now fully booked!

Please do not contact our main office asking for additional individual tours or booking slots as we do not have the capacity to provide these at this time or respond to all individual email requests.

Emails will be sent out at the end of the week to those who have booked to confirm your booking date and time. Please ensure you check your junk boxes for these.

If you have not booked a slot, we are in the process of creating a virtual tour and are intending on recording the Principal’s speech for families to view.

We would like to welcome you to the Leigh Academy Rainham Open Events.

Each booking will automatically reserve a place for one adult and one child.

Families who book more than one event will have one of their bookings cancelled to ensure as many prospective students as possible have the opportunity to come and visit us.  

The Open Evenings will consist of a tour of the Academy and the Principal’s speech (at 4pm and 6.30pm). Daytime tours will consist of a tour by a senior leader within the Academy.

Please note that although we do not have a defined catchment area, the first 180 places offered this year were within 2 miles of the Academy. We believe this will be highly reflective of next year’s catchment, once the oversubscription distancing criteria has been applied to allocate places.
