Students are learning about the journey that Syrian refugees have faced when fleeing the civil war. Students followed the trail that they take by looking at a prepared version of google earth and were then able to click on parts of journey to learn about what challenges the refugees faced.
They have developed their emotional intelligence by writing imaginary diary entries about their journey. Many students sadly reflected on how similar challenges will be faced by many Ukrainians.
