Global Cooking

LAR students participate in a Cookery session, creating dishes from different parts of the globe.

This week students had their last Global Cooking session of the year. They made their own potato and pea curry and practised their cutting and heat control skills. This is one of the most technical lessons they’ve had as they learned about boiling point, starchy ingredients and liquid ratios. We had one last group photo taken and many of them expressed how much they’ve enjoyed this club.
