SLT Drop-In Sessions and Request a Call Back

SLT Drop-In Sessions

As we continue to reflect and develop our communication with parents we have developed new strategies to enable us to support this and ensure that you are getting the opportunity to speak with staff. We are continuing to offer “SLT Drop In” sessions and also now offer the opportunity for parents to request a call back from a member of SLT.

SLT drop in meetings are a 15-minute meeting where you can discuss issues which will be followed up by the pastoral team. These are held by SLT and these sessions aim to improve the quality of communication and increase the speed of resolving issues within the academy.  These meetings run fortnightly on a Friday afternoon starting at 3.30pm,  4pm and 4.30pm,  to book please click here.

Request a Call Back

If you are unable to attend our Parents Drop In Sessions, please use our request call back button below.  All information goes directly to your pastoral team who will work to return your call as quickly as possible, if you wish to book a call please complete this form here.

finding us

complaints

Leigh Academy Rainham is committed to ensuring all complaints are handled in a professional and timely manner. We strive to build positive and collaborative relationships with parents, carers, and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with the Academy’s policies and services.

We recognise, however, that concerns may occasionally arise. To address these effectively, the Academy has a structured resolution process.

In order to work collaboratively with you, we ask that you contact the academy in the first instance to discuss your concerns via info@rainham.latrust.org.uk addressing this to your child’s Head of College.

If you deem your complaint to be unresolved and wish for it to be investigated further by the Principal, please contact the academy via info@rainham.latrust.org.uk addressing this to Mrs S. Poulter, Principal’s PA.

If you deem your complaint to be unresolved after the Principal has been given the opportunity to respond, please submit a formal complaint using this form. Please see the Leigh Academies Trust contact information below.

More detailed information relating to the complaints procedure can be found on the policies page of this website.
