If you deem your complaint to be unresolved and wish for it to be investigated by the Academy Principal, Mrs Millward, please complete the form here.

If you deem your complaint to still be unresolved after the Principal has been given the opportunity to investigate and respond, please submit a formal complaint in writing to the Academy Director or use this form. Please see the Leigh Academies Trust contact information below.
